After her body and mind fall out of balance, 34-year-old Nao Yoshigai enters a Zen temple. Zen practice makes her rethink eating, sleeping and breathing, and she comes to see her body and mind as a 'bag of flesh'. Inspired by Michizo Noguchi, the founder of Noguchi Taiso, she imagines the body as a freely stretching skin bag filled with fluid, in which bones, organs and brain float.
