Nikki, who once served her country with distinction as a member of the U.S. Special Forces, missed out on her daughter’s childhood. After her husband’s death, she returns to be with her daughter Chloe. But the time they spent apart has left a gap between them that shows no sign of closing. On her 16th birthday, Chloe goes out and is kidnapped, forcing Nikki into a perilous race against time—72 hours to rescue her daughter from a powerful criminal organization. Targeted by both the police and the military, Nikki fights as the clock ticks mercilessly on. Unfolding at a rapid pace, Protector follows Milla Jovovich’s fierce struggle in the role of Nikki, delivering not only as an action thriller but also as an intense drama that ultimately converges on the primal force of maternal love that transcends violence.
