Nat dies of an illness caused by dust pollution; when her spirit returns and possesses the family's vacuum cleaner, her husband March resumes their love across the line between the living and the dead, against the opposition of his whole family. Pivoting on a "possessed vacuum cleaner", the film thoroughly renews the ghost film and, with an absurd, playful yet tender touch, talks about mourning, class, family business and the industrial dust pollution hanging over Thailand. It premiered at Critics' Week at Cannes in 2025 and won its top prize, the Critics' Week Grand Prize, the first Thai film selected for the section in years, and was chosen as Thailand's submission for the 98th Academy Awards' Best International Feature.
