★Avg. rating

In Echigo, where snow covers the land for half the year, people have developed distinctive ways of living and celebrating festivals and rituals. Ottinger poetically explores this snow country's beauty and hardships, tracing the mythical paths of mountain spirits, gods, a beautiful vixen, and her lover.
