Born in Belgrade in 1984, Jelena Maksimović is a Serbian director, editor, and educator. She graduated with a Master's degree from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade and has lectured at the Faculty of Media and Communications in Belgrade since 2015. Key titles in her filmography as a film editor include The Load (2018), You Have the Night (2018), Celts (2021) and Landscapes of Resistance (2021).
