Busy at work, Mahiro returns to her hometown for the first time in a while. The summer scenery seems distant to her as a city dweller. One day, drawn by her little brother and his friends, Mahiro unexpectedly encounters a "tiny being," which she would have chased after in her childhood. Though she doesn't believe it at first, the boys' curiosity also makes Mahiro begin to chase the tiny being. Gradually, as she spends time with the children, forgotten memories and emotions begin to resurface little by little. Things an adult can no longer see. Things a child certainly can see. A summer miracle gently stirs Mahiro's heart.
