Born in Tokyo in 1993. She studied modern and contemporary literature at Chuo University, where she began writing novels, and later trained in screenwriting at the Scenario Center and in filmmaking basics at the New Cinema Workshop. She has directed numerous short films, including Tokyo Savannah (2024) and Blue Amber (2025), and received the 3rd Prize of the La Cinef Section at the Cannes Film Festival for Ginger Boy (2024).
