Joe and Lysa have been best friends since childhood. On the last night before they part ways after high school, they discover a mysterious artifact and are transported to Nakari Island, a fantastical world inhabited by magical and mythical creatures. There, they learn that the price of returning home is losing every memory of their friendship.
