Eighteen-year-old Kim, from a Catholic family, is in the process of moving from adolescence into adulthood. At home, she waxes the hair on her legs herself and begins learning to cook from her mother. Sent on an errand to her brother’s room, she stumbles upon an adult videotape, and feels worry and excitement all at once.
