Yoon graduated from the Department of Western Painting at Seoul National University and completed Werner Herzog′s Rogue Film School. She works across painting, video, and performance, and was selected in the ‘Recommended Artists’ section of Platform in KIMUSA, an international contemporary art exhibition organized by the Art Sonje Center. Her short film Mansheia (2011) was selected as the opening film for the Seoul International New Media Festival (NEMAF), and Knot (2015) was screened at the Indie-Doc Festival. Soundweave is her first feature-length documentary.
