British Flair: A Showcase of Classic Cinema

British cinema has never had just one face. It holds the spark of the silent-film pioneers, the weight of royal power struggles, the suspense and uncanny allure of dark tales, and that British humour in which laughter is tinged with melancholy. Guided by the Shanghai Film Bureau and Shanghai Film (Group) Co., Ltd., organised by the Shanghai Film Archive and supported by the China Film Archive, British Flair: A Showcase of Classic Cinema takes place from 11.06 to 11.15 at the Shanghai Film Center (SHO) Dolby Auditorium.
